Important Conditions Related to Battery Warranty

| a) Battery Bulging | Bulging itself is not abnormal in Prismatic Lithium Battery Cells. |
| b) Warranty Coverage | The warranty applies only to manufacturing defects, abnormal drop in Ah values, and leakages. It does not cover normal performance deterioration, accidental damages, misuse, or improper care. |
| c) Regular Servicing | Servicing at authorized service stations is mandatory. Battery health is checked during servicing to prevent further damage or permanent failure. Warranty becomes void if servicing is not done as per the schedule mentioned in the owner’s manual. |
| d) Application of Battery | Battery is designed specifically for electric scooters. Using it for any other application or product will void the warranty. |
