6. Disclaimer of Warranty

• The software is provided “as is,” without any express or implied warranties.
• We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or meet your specific needs.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Altair EV shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of the software.

8. Governing Law
